The Pulkovskaya Hotel offers its guest a range of dining options with its two restaurants on the ground floor, the Paulaner Bavarian Restaurant-Pub and The Odyssey Greek Restaurant. There is also a Lobby Bar, and the Bread and Salt restaurant in the hotel's second block serving traditional Russian cuisine.

Paulaner Restaurant

The Pulkovskaya Hotel's Paulaner Bavarian beer hall is unique in the fact that it brews this famous brand of German beer on-site in the hotel's own micro-brewery. The Paulaner is also a magnet for the city's beer lovers with it wide choice of freshly brewed speciality and seasonal beers. The 600 seat restaurant serves traditional Bavarian dishes to accompany the fine beers. The large interior is decorated with dark wood furnishings and brass brewing equipment visible behind glass windows. The bar's numerous screens regularly show live sport, and there is live music every evening. The restaurant has a separate 100 seat banquet hall for private hire.

The Odyssey

Taking its name from the great adventure written about by Homer, the Pulkovskaya Hotel's The Odyssey is a 150 seat restaurant decorated with a maritime theme in shades of beige and pale brown. The Odyssey serves Mediterranean cuisine, emphasizing on seafood. With a wide selection of dishes from Italy, France, Spain and of course Greece, there is something to cater for every palate. The Odyssey offers a good choice of wines to accompany the dishes, and a wide selection of Cuban cigars. The restaurant has live guitar music every evening. The Odyssey's 40 seat banquet hall is available for private functions.

Bread and Salt

The Pulkovskaya Hotel's Bread and Salt restaurant serves quality classic Russian dishes, cooked from ancient recipes in the atmosphere of an old-fashioned Russian inn. Pancakes and pies baked on-site accompany excellent soups and hot dishes. The restaurant has a large selection of vodkas and traditional Russian drinks to accompany any meal.

Lobby Bar

The informal Lobby Bar serves cocktails, unfiltered beer, pizzas, light snacks and a wide choice of teas and coffees. The comfortable furnishings make it the ideal place to relax. The Lobby Bar features Wi-Fi coverage throughout and is open 24-hours a day.
