The Pulkovskaya Hotel's Congress Center is located on the ground floor of the hotel and boasts some of the best facilities in the city. The center houses 10 different spaces that are equipped to host any type of corporate event. The foyer area of the Congress Center can be used as an exhibition space or for events like fashion shows. The center also features its own 40-space car park, ensuring maximum convenience.

Congress Hall
The Congress Hall can cater for up to 500 delegates with its 627 square meters and theatre-like layout of nine rows of seats and a stage. The hall has its own cloakroom and toilets, and is equipped with air-conditioning and interpretation equipment. The Congress Hall can easily become the centre of a large-scale event by combining the adjoining Board Room and Foyer.
Board Room
The Board Room connect to the Congress Hall and is designed for round-table meetings, seating up to 30 in a 39 square meter room.
Conference Halls
The Pulkovskaya Hotel has three conference halls, Honey, Cream and Caramel. The halls are divided by a sliding screen making the arrangement fully flexible. Individually they are 92 square meters and can seat between 40 and 80 delegates depending on the seating arrangement. By combining the halls it creates a 200 seat room for larger events. It can also be combined with the adjoining Turku Restaurant for banquet catering for up to 500 guests.
Meeting Rooms
The Congress Center features two smaller meeting rooms. The 36 square meter Tea Room, and the 17 square meter Coffee Room, can respectively seat up to 20 and 15 delegates. Both rooms offer the same high level of equipment as can be found in the other conference facilities.
