The Okhtinskaya-Victoria Hotel features two restaurants and two bars.
1st Floor Restaurant The Okhtinskaya-Victoria Hotel's 1st Floor Restaurant is open for buffet breakfast between 8am and 11am, before reverting to its a-la-carte menu for the remainder of the day, until 11pm. The restaurant serves a varied and interesting menu of Russian and International cuisine in a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. 2nd Floor Restaurant The hotel's larger 2nd Floor Restaurant serves a pre-set breakfast between 8am and 11am. An a-la-carte menu is served following breakfast, until late evening. The restaurant is capable of catering for groups and parties due to its size.
Lobby Bar Located on the second floor of the Oktinskaya-Victoria Hotel, above the reception desk, is the Lobby Bar. The bar is the ideal place for a quick drink, a light snack or a good cup of coffee. Night Bar Located on the hotel's 2nd floor, the Night Bar serves a wide range of local and imported beers, wines and spirits.
