The Novotel's seven conference halls are well designed, furnished with ergonomic furniture, bathed in natural light form large arch windows and equipped with state-of-the-art technology features. The London and Room Halls are capable of accommodating up to 20 people in a 25 square meter area. The other five halls, Moscow, Madrid, Berlin, Paris and Saint Petersburg, have an area of 50 square meters and can seat up to 50 people. For a larger venue of 100 square meters capable of seating up to 120 people , it is possible to pair up four of the halls to create two function rooms.
