The Davidov Restaurant is a fashionable Russian restaurant with an excellent reputation. Located on the ground floor adjacent to the reception, Davidov offers an array of exciting Russian cuisine accompanied by a wide range of fine wines. Overlooking St Isaac's Square, the restaurant is divided by flowing linen and crystal chandeliers, which illuminate the distinctive Villeroy and Bosch porcelain. If you would prefer a lighter snack, or would simply like to savour the best caviar in Russia, there is also a very good Caviar Bar in Davidov, where even the most faint-hearted will find it hard to resist sampling Russia's traditional fare. There are over 80 assorted vodkas to try, so do allow plenty of time for a visit!

The luxurious Winter Garden Restaurant and the adjacent Banquet Hall are used primarily for private functions and tour groups. If you have the opportunity to take a look, it is worth seeing their ornate interiors.

The cocktail hour in St Petersburg is a popular time to come to The Kandinsky Bar, one of the most stylish places to relax in the city, where you can enjoy an original cocktail and sample the wide selection of appetizers. There is also a comprehensive choice of spirits, exclusive whiskies and fine cigars. The bar is open every day until the early hours of the morning. Live Jazz music plays in The Kandinsky every evening from 21.00.

The Rotunda Lounge with its wood-paneled interior, leather furniture and walls adorned with hunting sketches, is at the heart of the hotel, where from 7.00 until 10.00 Continental Breakfast is served, and at all hours you can purchase light appetizers and drinks. We would also recommend trying the Afternoon Tea, served every day from 15.00 until 17.30, with The Chocolate fountain and blini cooked right before your eyes. Live Jazz music plays in The Rotonda every evening from 21.00.
