The Astoria Hotel features a few small meeting rooms, whilst the Angleterre Hotel whose business and conference facilities are free to guests of the Astoria Hotel, boasts a large 205 seat conference hall and modern business centre.

Conference and meeting rooms feature the following standard equipment:

Flip charts
Black and white boards with markers
Projection screen
Writing pads and pens

Additional equipment available at an extra charge includes, a slide projector, Hi-FI, TV and VCR, computer projector and laser pointer.

The Banquet Hall is located on the ground floor of the hotel whose capacity varies according to the seating layout from 180 to 250 people. However it is not equipped with simultaneous translation facilities, but this can be arranged for an additional charge.

The Astoria's meeting rooms are named after two of Russia's historical celebrities, the famous opera singer Fiodor Shaliapin and the painter Ilya Repin.

The Shaliapin Meeting Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel and features a long conference table with ten comfortable armchairs.

The Repin Meeting Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel and can accommodate up to 25 people depending on the seating arrangement.
