The Angleterre Hotel’s Borsalino Restaurant prides itself on its slick modern interior and laid-back atmosphere. The restaurant’s new chef, Stefano Baluccio presents his menu of classical Italian cooking and guests now have the opportunity to try traditional dishes from more than ten Italian provinces, including Piedmont, Umbria, Naples, Sicily, Sardinia, Genoa and Palermo.

A true Italian dish, Stefano believes, is classical, simple, and for the recipe to be authentic, has to be cooked strictly according to its regional origin, right down to the use of ingredients from that particular region. Food lovers can enjoy Fillet of Swordfish alla Siciliana, Insalata Toscana, Veal Milanese and for dessert, Cannoli and Cassata.

Adjacent to Borsalino is the Gallery, which has the most stunning views of any place in St Petersburg, overlooking the magnificent St Isaac's Cathedral. It is a relaxing venue where you can enjoy Afternoon Tea, a cocktail, a light meal from the Caviar menu, or try Hot Italian Chocolate. As quoted in the New York Times travel section, "... there is the best Espresso in St Petersburg...". The Borsalino Restaurant and the Gallery are also Wi-Fi areas.
