Information: The information centre for Pulkovo2 can be found near the entrance and on the second floor for Pulkovo 1. For international flight information telephone (0)812 104 3444 and domestic flights telephone (0)812 104 3822.

Luggage: The lost property office is situated on the ground floor of the Pulkovo 2.

Money and Communications: There is a Bureaux de change and a post office situated in both terminal buildings. The post office on the first floor of Pulkovo 2 Departures bulidng offers fax, photocopying, IDD telephones and Internet facilities.

Eating and Drinking: There are restaurants, cafes, and bars situated throughout both terminal buildings.

Shopping: In Pulkovo 2 there is a large duty-free shop, newsagent and convenience store located on the first floor.

Other Facilities: Both terminals have First Aid facilities and a mother and babyroom. Pulkovo 1 has a pharmacy and hairdresser.

Disabled Facilities: Wheelchair access is very easy to all areas of the terminal buildings. Passenger who require special assistance should contact their airline prior to travel.

Business Facilities: There are two business lounges and a VIP suite in Pulkovo 2 (tel: (0)812 104 3434) and a business lounge in Pulkovo 1 (tel: (0)812 123 8545). The post office in Pulkovo 2 offers business services such as Internet, fax, photocopying and IDD telephones.

Conference Facilities: The nearby Pulkovskaya Hotel (tel: (0)812 140 3979) has business and conference facilities including a conference hall for up to 500 delegates, a meeting room for 35 delegates, and a business centre; a translation service is available for conferences.
